Here there should be two folders, Launcher and Social Club. Here just go back to one folder, the address should look like PC\Local Disk (C:)\Program Files\Rockstar Games. You should be in a folder with PC\Local Disk (C:)\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Launcher as its address.
